Health / Fitness  

  1. Exercise (build up stamina)
  2. Remember to rest and sleep avg. 7-9hrs
  3. Diet rich in fruits, vegetables (beets, kale)
  4. Watch the sodium intake
  5. Garlic, ginger, onions, lemons, cinnamon
  6. Oils: Coconut for cooking
  7. Green teas, limit caffeine
  8. Good water with minerals (40-48oz avg./daily)
